Accommodations
We have booked a block of 15 rooms at the Clarion Hotel for a reduced price of 73 dollars a night.(plus 9% sales tax). They are for the nights of November 13, 14, and 15th. We also have booked a block of 15 rooms at the Marriot Springhill Suites for a reduced price of 144 dollars per night. (plus 14% sales tax). Also for the nights of November 13, 14, and 15th. Please note for both places that in order to get the reduced rate you MUST book by October 13th, otherwise, it goes back to the normal rate a night. ***The block of rooms booked at both hotels are NON SMOKING rooms*** Please note the hotels cannot guarantee that you will be on the same floor as another party that books etc See below for additional details on both hotels. We also reccomend the other hotels. They are also close by and conviently right off of the turnpike.
Clarion Hotel
This hotel is not even a mile from the Reception site and we have a block of 15 rooms blocked for a reduced rate of 73 dollars a night.(plus 9% sales tax) There are 15 double beds available. They only offer the reservations by calling. When you call please let them know you are with the Patterson/Hubbell Wedding so you can get your discount. See above for more details. They offer breakfast for a small fee extra.
Check In time is: 2:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 PM.
Not far from shopping, restaurants, bowling alley etc.
Mariott-Springhill Suites
This hotel is not far from the reception site and we have booked a block of 15 rooms for a reduced price of 144 dollars a night. You can call or book online. If asked for a group name, please let them know you are with the Patterson/Hubbell Wedding so you can get your discount. They are offering your choice of Queen Beds or King Beds.(8 Queen beds available and 7 Kings). If you book online, or if they ask for a group code on the phone, if you want a Queen Bed it is PHWPHWB and if you want a King Bed the code is PHWPHWA. See above for more details. They have a pull out couch in each room, microwave, fridge, a whirlpool and an indoor swimming pool. They also offer a free hot breakfast with your stay.
Check In Time is: 3:00 PM and Check Out time is 11:00 AM.
This hotel is right in the area surrounding the mall. So, there is TONS of shopping, and lots of restaurants available in walking distance.
