We met 8 years ago in a chat room. I was 16 at the time and he was 18. We lost contact for a long time. And then 7 years later I joined a website called orfay where you can post pics of yourself, friends, family, and pets etc. Apparently, Jonathan was a member there already and he saw one of my posted pictures and commented on it. I didn't remember him at first, but he eventually got me to remember. I find it ironic after that many years we were able to reconnect...not only that but on a whole new website without any previous contact to meet there. Orfay (the place where we reconnected) is now closed. The website is no longer operable. So, we just happened to be in the right place at the right time. If there is such a thing as fate, that would hit the nail on the head, dontcha think? :)
