Attractions
One of the many reasons we chose Vancouver for our wedding destination is because of the numerous attractions there are to keep everyone busy! Take in the view from high atop Grouse Mountain, sample hand crafted beer or Japanese Sake on Granville Island, or simply lounge on the beach. There's something for everyone!
Grouse Mountain
"The Peak of Vancouver" has the best views of the city, hands down. There's a great restaurant and bar at the top with unobstructed views of Stanley Park, downtown Vancouver, the Georgia Straight and Vancouver Island.
Capilano Suspension Bridge
Awesome place to visit. Not only does it have an awesome suspension bridge, but on the other side is the "Tree Top Adventure" which is sort of like the Ewok village!
Granville Island
A great place to spend an afternoon. Visit the shops, the market, the brewery or one of the amazing patios. This is also one of the hot spots to catch a street performance, or take in a show.
Stanley Park

Check out the beaches, the totem poles, the Aquarium, the rose garden, the miniature train, and so much more!
Whistler
Whistler, BC
Only a couple of hours away from Vancouver is Whistler BC. The drive up to Whistler is an attraction in itself, as you wind along the Sea to Sky Highway which sits on the edge of Howe Sound. Once in Whistler, take in the sights from high atop the mountain, try ZipTreking, mountain biking, visit the Olympic Info Centre or simply stroll the village.

While you're out here, why not plan a trek to Vancouver Island. Your adventure starts with an amazing cruise from the mainland to the Island, which takes you through the gulf islands. Once in Victoria, visit one of the amazing museums, or simply check out the downtown harbour.
