As a bride you are probably multitasking all the time (like how you are reading wedding blogs while working...it's okay, we won't tell!), so why shouldn't your favors do the same? Place your favors at each place setting with names on them to serve double duty as place cards. If only all planning could be this efficient, right?

Pick a muslin bag and personalize it in your wedding colors. Fill the bag with candies for a post-wedding treat, or with lavender for a lovely sachet to put in their suitcase.

Of course, you can directly incorporate your theme into your favors. Christmas wedding? Have everyone leave with a tannenbaum of their very own. Travel-themed weddings are also very popular, so why not give your guests luggage tags and fill them with their place card?

Especially for garden weddings, nothing is more appropriate than a bag of seeds. These have chalkboard paper for a table number and a space for the guest's name.

Especially in the summer months, there is so many different kinds of local produce to savor. Fill cute paper bags with fruit like strawberries, figs, or oranges, and seal them with a sticker with the guest's name.

If you are feeling especially crafty, DIY up some embellished linen napkins and affix the guest's name with a ribbon. Not a crafter? You can find vintage reproduction fabric or handkerchiefs at many craft or thrift stores.
