One of our favorite aspects of this shoot - and a detail that really brings the romance with a modern twist theme to life is its color palette. The muted but delicate infusions of pink and raw elegance of natural elements, like these rose quartz rocks, were an essential part of modernizing the super classic black and white theme and making the romantic wedding details look and feel fresh and updated.
We're still completely stuck on the bride's stunning Jenny Yoo dress. The lace and long sleeves are all tradition while the plunging statement back gives the gown an effortlessly contemporary feel. And that bouquet? Precious and Blooming, who created all of the arrangements for this inspiration shoot, couldn't have made modern romance any more perfect.
Don't forget: there's more where these came from. Find more photos (including an amazing dessert table) from this inspiration shoot in "The Night is Ours," the cover story in the Summer 2016 issue of mywedding magazine. Did we mention it's on newsstands right now?
