From the vintage stylings of teacups to bite-sized snacks and sweets, it's safe to say that tea parties are fun for one and all. Except for those of the masculine persuasion, perhaps. But with that in mind, what better time to break out the china and floral patterns than for a high tea-inspired shower or luncheon celebrating the bride-to-be in your life? I'm admittedly obsessed with the details of this very board (tea and honey stick favors? Hats to make the Duchess of Cambridge proud? I was sold at the first sign of cucumber sandwiches, to be honest.). In other words, please let my husband know that if I'm nowhere to be found I'm busy trying to learn to make shortbread cookies in the shape of tea bags.
