It's that time of year to break out the stockpot and cook up a little chili. One of my all-time favorite meals, chili is pure comfort with loads of protein and good flavors (oh, and it's super easy to make). Having a ranch wedding this fall? Consider serving chili with sides of rice, pasta, corn chips, or biscuits. Can't have gluten? This turkey chili (above) is gloriously gluten-free.

This is a different style of chili than most of us are used to, unless of course you are from Cincinnati. With flavors similar to mole sauce and sitting atop a plate of spaghetti, this is a very unique crowd-pleaser.
