HOW TO USE (BODY AMPOULES)
Directions
Apply in the morning and night. Take a warm shower before applying to open the pores. Apply slimming ampoule sparingly to problematic areas with the palm of your hand. Need not wash off problematic area after used.

Wash hand with soap after applying. Avoid rubbing your eyes with your hand after applying. Rinse off with plenty of water if incident occurred. Advisable to wear a disposable glove. What is collagen?
No doubt you're no stranger to the fact that collagen is essential for skin health and beauty. But go on, be honest… do you have any idea what collagen really is?
Collagen is a protein which is found in our bones, teeth and muscles, and supports cellular activity. The most collagen is in the skin as 70% of it consists of collagen.
Most protein exists inside blood and cells in fluid form. Collagen, however, cannot dissolve in water. The Basics of Ear Candling
1. NEVER perform ear candling alone! Have another person assist you in this procedure.
2. What you will need: A 12" x 12" sheet of aluminum foil (an ear candling head cover is preferred) with a small hole in the center, matches, and a cup of water.
3. Before use make sure the small tapered end of the ear candle fits snugly in your ear. You may nave to trim/cut the tapered end with a straight edged razor to increase the diameter to fit in the ear properly.
4. Lay on your side and have your assistant place the aluminum foil with the small hole centered over your ear. Then have the tapered end of the ear candle placed through the small hole in the foil and into the opening of your ear canal. The ear candle must be held absolutely vertical at all times during the procedure.
5. The large end of the ear candle can now be set aflame. Make sure no smoke escapes from around the ear at the tapered end. Have the candle adjusted to prevent this.
6. Allow the ear candle to burn to about 2 inches from the ear (no further than 2 inches!). At this point your assistant is to remove the ear candle from your ear and extinguish the large end in the cup of water. Do not try to blow the flame out.
7. Repeat this procedure in the same ear with a second ear candle. Then the other perform the ear coning procedure in the other ear.
8.Storage: Ear candles should be stored in a cool dry place. Are best stored in a freezer, but never in a refrigerator.
Advanced Ear Candling Tips
Always keep the flame centered over the top opening.
With scissors and a cup of water handy, trim the ash stack when about 1/2 of the ear candle has burned (mid-point). Before clipping drip the scissor shears in the cup of water. This will cause the ash to stick to the shears and not "fly-away".
It is always good practice to clear the tip opening at mid-point with a toothpick to clear debris if present. To do by lifting the ear candle gently from the ear keeping the head-cover in place. While holding the ear candle verticle, clear with toothpick.
Clipping ash and tip clearing is best done together at the mid-point burn. Keep the head cover in place, clipping and clearing should be done at least 3 feet away from the person being candled, always hold the ear candle absolutely vertical and move it slowly with minimal disruption to the flame.
