Take the 55 Fwy to Newport Beach (accessible from 5 and 405 freeways) After you cross over PCH/Hwy 1, turn left at the first light- Via Lido. Take your very first left into the Lido Village parking structure. Walk across the brick street to the boardwalk. Walk to your right when you reach the water until you see the yacht Newport Princess.
