Valentine's Day!
Yesterday was Valentine's Day! =)
Yonggeng made a reservation at an Italian restaurant called La Riviera! it is such a popular restaurant that we were only given the 5.30-7.30pm slot for dinner! but nevertheless, we wanted to try out the food at this restaurant!
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that all the waiters and chef are true blue Italians! This is really rare in Scotland! 
We were offered a 3-course Valentine's Day special menu, which included.....
Deep-fried breaded mushrooms, which were absolutely crunchy and delicious!
and Mussels in white wine sauce for starters!! this looks almost like a main course! =P
Then Yonggeng had roast beef in red wine gravy for his main course, while I ordered asparagus risotto in cream sauce! 
Finally to end of the meal, I had this very unique Italian dessert, which is a sponge cake covered with meringue! 
And Yonggeng had a huge piece of Tiramisu! =)
Overall, the meal was wonderful, but it's definitely not the best Italian food we have ever had! =P
But my valentine's day was made complete with a beautiful bunch of red roses in a vase!!

This celebration is so sweet, oozing with honey and bees. Good job, YG for planning the ocassion! Food and couple looks lovely!
