My sweet 24th!! (Part II: Glasgow)

So, I celebrated my birthday a second time in Glasgow! Again with good Italian food! =P




Yonggeng brought me to this restaurant called La Parmigiana! (Note: the olives are delicious!!)

Yonggeng had foie gras pate for his appetizer!! It was very nicely done!




And I had scallops...




... which were incredibly HUGE!! look! the shell is bigger than the palm of my hand!! and the scallops were so succulent and fleshy!! delicious!!! =)




Next, I had seafood risotto, which was very tasty! There was also a generous portion of lobster meat hidden underneath the risotto! =)




And Yonggeng had an excellent dish of veal!! This dish was exceptionally delicious as the veal was really tender and juicy. It was covered by a layer of parma ham and mozarella cheese! The combination of veal, ham and cheese was impeccable! =) Even without the ham and cheese, the veal was also very tasty as it was cooked to perfection! kudos to the chef! =)




After the main course, we were too full to have any dessert! But we were totally satisfied!! =)




Last but not least, here's a bunch of beautiful pink tulips Yonggeng bought for me! =)
