Yonggeng & Kristal

Doggie walk :)

This post is specially for you, Eunice!! because i know that if you were here in Glasgow, we would definitely go for this doggie walk together!! =)

It was a bright Sunday morning... and my lab mate and I were gearing up for a charity walk! Nopez... it's not one of those walks where you squeeze with hundreds of people to walk from the starting to the finishing line. In this charity walk, the main stars are the dogs! and it's also for these dogs that we're raising money! (The money raised from this charity walk goes to the small animal hospital that is under construction at the vet school.)

Well... you must be wondering... don't you need a dog to go for a doggie walk? heheheh... unfortunately, I don't have a dog... so I was one of the few participants without a dog! but it doesn't matter.... because I was surrounded by many adorable dogs, like this cocker spaniel!!! =)

Look at that humongous dog!! I think it's a lion dressed in dog's skin!!! =P does anyone know the breed of that dog? ok.... maybe it's difficult to tell just by looking at his butt! there will be more photos below...

hehehhe... I prefer small dogs... and here's one that looks like a terrier! poor little dog... it has such short legs, but it has to walk 5km! Jia you!! I'll carry you when you get tired...

ah!! another one of those humongous dogs!! this one is probably a bear in dog's skin! =P does anyone know the breed? although these dogs are BIG.... they seem very docile... =P but I can't imagine what would happen if it jumped at me!

More jolly people with their adorable dogs!! =)

okz... this is 3rd humongous dog I saw today! it's snow white! very beautiful! =)

While walking along the 5km trail, we were treated with very scenic and pastoral views, like this stream! =)

and this bridge which crosses over the steam....

oh look!! a dog has been let loose! =P the owner threw a tree branch into the distance and this dog immediately went to fetch it! Good boy! =)

So that's all the photos I have from the doggie walk! and as I went home... I kept pestering Yonggeng to buy me a dog.... =P but for now I'm contented with just looking at the photos. =)

Anyway, you're right about the fact that I can't recognise dog breeds by their butts. HAHAHA. But I do know that the HUUUUGE black fluffy dog is probably a Newfoundland! Very noble rescue dogs! =)
