5 Stunning Wedding Dresses from mywedding Magazine
These real brides have their style game (and wedding dresses) on point.
Romantic wedding dresses are one of our favorite things, and this bride blew us away with her classic, romantic style. A soft, trumpet silhouette gown paired with long, illusion-style lace sleeves and a stunning outdoor setting made for an all-around lovely look. See more of this bride’s traditionally-inspired style in the Pacific Northwest issue of mywedding.
Sweet Summer Style
In another take on the illusion wedding dress trend, this summer bride selected a cap sleeve number with a sweetheart neckline and slightly more dramatic lace detail. We love the delicate, unfinished lace edges and her similarly elegant accessories. A headpiece was the perfect alternative to a veil and allowed the details of the gown to really shine.
This bride came across her dress by accident — she was out helping her mother find a dress for the wedding, but when she came across this shimmery gold number, she knew this dress was the one. The simple but still glammed-up down was a great fit for the couple’s contemporary Brooklyn wedding (which you can see in its entirety in the Tri-State issue of mywedding).
It didn’t take this bride long to decide she wanted to do something truly spectacular with her wedding dress: She designed it herself instead of looking for wedding dresses that fit her style. The result was a beautiful blend of modern fashion and Spanish influence — just like her gorgeous Santa Barbara wedding day.
Although this couple was planning a traditional Hindu ceremony along with a separate Western ceremony, the bride wasn’t originally sure if she wanted to wear a traditional red lengha or opt for a trendier pink or gold one. However, when she tried this lengha on she immediately fell in love and the look came together beautifully.
