Fall Makeup Trends 2015
The weather might still be pretty warm but fall is finally here and we couldn’t be more excited! Now that the leaves are changing, we’re ready to change up our makeup routine, too.
We’ve handpicked these 6 makeup trends that have been seen on runways everywhere. Enjoy!
Bold Brows and a Vampy Lip:
We all know that the eyebrow craze is here to stay (at least for a little bit longer) so let your lips share the spotlight with your brows! Our favorite fall accessory is a dark lip and a bold stare that would make a 90’s grunge band intimidated. Wear this look with a casual bun or undone beachy waves to balance this daring look with a stunning softness.
Bring in the Blush
Time to delete all those contouring YouTube videos you have bookmarked in your browser because blushed skin is back! Think of it like this: You just came back from a long walk in the park with pumpkin spice latte in hand and the fall leaves surrounding you. The natural glow radiating from your cheeks is the exact look you’re going for. It’s quick, easy and effortless.
Black Eyeliner is Back
Say goodbye to the fresh nude lids and kick the glam up a notch with the timeless look turned contemporary. The 2015 fall runways have left us with almost too many ideas of how to use those black eyeliner pencils we’ve had sitting in our makeup drawer all summer long. This edgy look goes best with a leather jacket and an attitude.
Red lipstick doesn’t sound like a particularly new trend but, when you haven’t seen it in a few seasons due to the popularity of clear balms and nude lips, its boldness is refreshing. We are loving that this look is making a comeback and it’s exactly what all the fall vintage brides have been waiting for
Shine Bright You Crazy Diamond
We’ve always had a things for sequins, sparkles and glitter and finally the fashion gods have answered our prayers! Cover your lids in gold, silver and metallic toned eye shadow to really make your eyes pop. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, go for the sparkly sequins and show off your shine!
Channel the 60’s
Twiggy lashes are hot right now and we’re not complaining! Long, luxurious lashes have always been achievable with a little help from our dear friends mascara and faslsies. Take this look to the next level by pumping up the volume and don’t forget to include your lower lashes!
