For a fresh and modern take on tropical flowers, make this lovely dendrobium orchid bouquet. The shape works great with a sheath style, plain, modern dress. Total cost: $50
You will need:
10 stems of dendrobium orchids
flower clippers
twine
ribbon
scissors
mirror
1. Lay the longest stems on a surface.
2. Add flowers, leaving the shortest for last.
3. Secure with twine.
4. Hold the bouquet in front of the mirror, to be sure it’s the shape you like. A mirror is the best way to see the right perspective.
5. Adjust any flowers you need to.
6. Add a ribbon.
Keep the flowers at room temperature. Keep them in water until you are ready to use them!
